Turning Organizational Intelligence into Leadership Action
Seeing an organization differently does not automatically mean knowing what to do next.
Constellation gives leaders visibility into patterns that are typically hidden: how work moves, where influence sits, who carries disproportionate demand, where relationships are strong or strained, and how employees experience the organization around them. But network data can also challenge assumptions, surface unexpected findings, and raise questions that traditional leadership tools were never designed to answer.
The opportunity is not to become an expert in network analysis. It is to develop the judgment needed to interpret what the information is revealing and use it to make better leadership decisions.
ASCEND is an applied leadership experience designed to help leaders confidently understand, interpret, navigate, and act on the organizational intelligence available through Constellation.
Participants work directly with Constellation reports, network maps, and platform insights to understand what different measures reveal, how to distinguish meaningful patterns from isolated data points, and how findings at the enterprise, team, and individual levels relate to one another. Leaders explore concepts such as influence, network demand, accessibility, collaboration, belonging, cultural influence, and key-person dependency, while learning how to investigate the underlying conditions that may be producing what they see.
The experience moves quickly from interpretation to application. Participants practice asking better questions of the data, testing assumptions against organizational context, identifying where deeper exploration is warranted, and translating insight into focused leadership actions.
Leaders leave ASCEND better equipped to use Constellation as an ongoing leadership tool rather than a one-time report.
They become more confident navigating the platform, interpreting network patterns in context, and connecting organizational intelligence to real business and leadership priorities. Participants learn to recognize strengths worth protecting, risks that deserve attention, and opportunities for targeted action without overreacting to a single metric or applying broad solutions to local challenges.
The result is a stronger internal capability to move from visibility, to understanding, to action.
